Our most flexible and customizable plans. Choose either the Express or the Unlimited plan. Use these plans for any race or any goal; from a 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon, to weight loss, just starting to run, or injury prevention. 

*Half marathon?  We recommend 12 weeks.  

Marathon Training?  We recommend 16 weeks.*

Express training

Perfect for runners who would like a customized training plan and access to a coach throughout their training, but don’t need the weekly check-ins or plan updates. This is a great plans for extended training and for do-it-yourselfers. 

  • Initial phone consultation with your running coach - approx. 30 minutes.
  • Customized monthly training plans.
  • Detailed strength and cross-training workouts.
  • Monthly check-ins with your coach.
  • Email access to your coach.

Unlimited training

Perfect for runners looking for a high level of support throughout their entire training. In addition to the customized plan, you have weekly check-ins with your coach and weekly updates to reflect your progress. If you are looking to PR, recovering from a injury or perform better with an extra level of accountability, this is the plan for you.

  • Unlimited communications with your coach.
  • Unlimited updates to your plan.
  • Weekly check-ins with your coach.

Half Marathon 

Because the half marathon is our favorite distance, we created a special Half Marathon Program for those looking for customization without the additional coaching support.  This program is a personalized 12-week plan based on YOUR race goals, YOUR fitness and YOUR schedule. Our customized training approach will help you crush your next half marathon.

Expiration Policy:
Training plans must begin within three months of the date of purchase and expire on the last day of the original training plan.
